📋 Description

• Complete and submit security questionnaires as the primary responder for customer due diligence requests • Leverage established response frameworks, internal policy documentation, and compliance control libraries • Research and validate client-specific questions outside standard frameworks • Source supporting evidence from compliance platforms • Coordinate with internal security and compliance teams to verify accuracy before submission • Maintain consistency and quality across deliverables using current, approved language • Align responses with customers’ broader security posture • Flag gaps or outdated documentation • Help customers drive sales and renewals by using security and compliance as differentiators • Work with customers’ security and sales points of contact • Have work reviewed by Senior Engineers and Managers and incorporate on-the-job feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in written and verbal English • Reliable, high-speed internet connection • Quiet, professional home office setup • Able to work US Eastern Time zone hours, specifically 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST • Able to work on non-US public holidays in order to meet deadlines for US-based clients • Energized by time-sensitive deliverables and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality • Confidence in decision making and ability to handle ambiguity • Clear communication skills to escalate issues and identify gaps • Strong prioritization skills and ability to communicate blockers proactively • Sharp attention to detail and disciplined approach to established processes • Ability to read and interpret security policies and technical documentation • Familiarity with vendor/third-party risk concepts and common security questionnaire formats • Understanding of control domains, risk tiering, and subprocessor considerations • Exposure to at least one of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or GDPR • Understanding of business confidential information, PII, and PHI distinctions • Understanding of confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) concepts • Understanding of authentication, access management, encryption, and physical versus logical controls • Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is nice to have • Experience with compliance automation tools such as Drata, Vanta, or SecureFrame is nice to have • Experience with vendor risk management tools such as OneTrust, ServiceNow, Whistic, Upguard, or Zip is nice to have
