📋 Description

• Complete and submit security questionnaires as the primary responder for customer due diligence requests • Leverage established response frameworks, internal policy documentation, and compliance control libraries to deliver accurate, on-time submissions • Research and validate client-specific questions outside standard frameworks • Source supporting evidence from compliance platforms • Coordinate with internal security and compliance teams to verify accuracy before submission • Maintain consistency and quality across deliverables using current, approved language aligned with customers’ broader security posture • Flag gaps or outdated documentation • Collaborate with compliance and security teams to verify information and ensure consistency across submissions

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in written and verbal English • Reliable, high-speed internet connection • Quiet, professional home office setup • Able to work US Eastern Time zone hours, specifically 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST • Able to work on non-US public holidays to meet deadlines for US-based clients • Ability to complete time-sensitive deliverables quickly without sacrificing quality • Confidence in decision-making under ambiguity • Clear communication skills to escalate issues and identify gaps • Strong prioritization and proactive blocker communication • Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined process adherence • Ability to read and interpret security policies and dense technical documentation • Familiarity with vendor/third-party risk concepts and common security questionnaire formats via Excel sheets and portals • Understanding of vendor risk management processes, including control domains, risk tiering, and subprocessor considerations • Exposure to at least one of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or GDPR • Ability to distinguish business confidential information, PII, and PHI • Understanding of confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) concepts • Understanding of authentication, access management, encryption, physical controls, and logical controls • Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Nice to have: Experience with compliance automation tools such as Drata, Vanta, or SecureFrame • Nice to have: Experience with vendor risk management tools such as OneTrust, ServiceNow, Whistic, Upguard, or Zip
