• Monitor revenue performance by product, channel, region and cohort, identifying deviations before month-end close • Conduct strategic analyses of product, channel and cross-sell between products • Maintain and evolve unit economics models (LTV, CAC, payback, contribution margin) • Support monthly revenue and EBITDA close, providing variance narratives based on key drivers • Contribute to forecasting models and sensitivity analyses, with clear assumptions and risk flags • Support planning cycles as needed • Develop and maintain dashboards used by leadership and partner teams • Structure recurring reports with comparisons (YoY, MoM) and deviation alerts • Translate complex analyses into clear executive presentations • Build and evolve the business intelligence layer within the area, ensuring fast, reliable and actionable access to key revenue metrics • Act as an analytical partner to revenue teams, turning business questions into structured analyses • Support commercial decisions with data (pricing, commissions, channels, incentives) • Identify opportunities to optimize CAC and retention • Use AI as a day-to-day accelerator (analysis automation, hypothesis generation, model validation) • Document assumptions and methodologies • Design simple solutions to reduce manual rework.
• Previous experience in financial or data analysis (preferably in startups or scale-ups) • Advanced proficiency with analysis tools (Google Sheets/Excel) • Ability to build analyses and reports from scratch • Understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, churn, cohort, payback) • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Science or related fields • Fluency in using AI tools for analytical work (Claude or similar), with regular use to accelerate analyses, automate tasks and support model/hypothesis building • Advanced English • Experience with SQL • Experience with BigQuery • Basic knowledge of Python • Previous experience with commercial teams and CRM • Track record of analyses that influenced real decisions.
