📋 Description

• Assist with the administration of Google Workspace, including user management, permissions, groups, and workspace organization • Support the maintenance and organization of the company’s internal website/intranet • Support the management of other corporate tools used by the team • Assist with preparing, formatting, and sending contracts under the guidance of the Legal team • Support contracting processes involving foreign companies, international partners, and suppliers • Support documentation related to employee hiring, including terms, amendments, and related documents • Maintain the organization of folder structures, naming conventions, and document version control • Support the review and updating of internal policies in collaboration with the Legal team • Assist in mapping necessary policy adjustments and tracking their updates • Support other administrative and legal matters handled by the team, contributing to process organization and efficiency • Work collaboratively with teams such as Product and People

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, International Relations, or a related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written communication skills, especially for formal documents and internal communications • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, and Sheets) • Advanced English proficiency, particularly for reading and writing documents • Proactivity and autonomy in handling a variety of tasks • Discretion and responsibility when handling confidential and sensitive information • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and professional profiles • Previous experience with administrative, legal, or compliance processes is a plus • Familiarity with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and data protection is a plus • Interest in or knowledge of Contract Law and/or International Law is a plus • Experience with document management tools or other corporate platforms is a plus
