📋 Description
• This is a remote position. 100% Remote. • Candidates must be located in the LATAM region. • Our client is a U.S.-based organization that develops video solutions to support scientific research and education. • Their content is used by millions of scientists, educators, and students worldwide. • They serve over 1,000 institutions, including top universities and biopharma companies. • With operations in the U.S., UK, Australia, and India, and a client base spanning more than 60 countries, our client is experiencing rapid growth and is actively seeking talented individuals to join their team. • The Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to help drive key human resources initiatives across our client’s global offices in Europe, the Americas, and the APAC region. • This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, growing organization while expanding your knowledge and skills in international HR practices. • If you’re enthusiastic about fostering a positive employee experience and making a global impact through meaningful HR projects, we’d love to connect with you.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or similar HR role. • Experience supporting HR operations in Europe or North America; global experience strongly preferred. • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English. • Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as ADP, Workday, or equivalent platforms. • High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion. • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
