📋 Description
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting • Engage and build rapport with prospects via calls, emails, and social outreach • Understand customer needs and drive leads through the sales process • Route qualified leads to Business Development partners
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or sales development • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or similar field • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM and sales automation tools • Must be adaptable, professional, and motivated
