📋 Description

• Prepare analyses and metrics for reporting both internally to management. • Enhance business tools to create automation in process. • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment using creative techniques to solve problems and address challenges raised by project teams, clients, and management. • Perform Project setup and maintenance activities. • Assist with maintaining corporate data standards for the Project Finance team. • Support ERP system data integrity: Work with different budget standards to ensure data consistency. • Assist with data migration into ERP system. • Reconcile data feeds across ERO systems. • Daily review staging tables for exceptions and collaborate with respective teams to resolve system errors. • Perform manual data inputs regarding customers, projects, and employees. • Assist with maintaining resource assignments. • Timekeeping administration. • Analyze operational project data as it pertains to relevant financial metrics. • Provide reporting out of ERP system internally. • Ad hoc support for projects and report revenue. • Manage the timekeeping process in ERP system and ensure all time submitted is approved in a timely manner including follow-up with resources and managers. • Support preparation of monthly Invoices/Billing events: Creation of Billing events. • Preparation of support package for Billing. • Prepare ad hoc analyses as requested by management. • Assist with audit related tasks. • Assist with special projects. Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field. • 1-2 years of relevant experience in operational/project finance role. • Experience in process automation is preferred. • Background in Clinical Research is preferred. • Experience in accounting is preferred.
