📋 Description
• Prepare analyses and metrics for reporting both internally to management • Enhance business tools to create automation in process • Assist with maintaining corporate data standards for the Project Finance team • Analyze operational project data as it pertains to relevant financial metrics • Provide reporting out of ERP system internally • Ad hoc support for projects and report revenue • Manage the timekeeping process in ERP system and ensure all time submitted is approved in a timely manner • Support preparation of monthly Invoices/Billing events
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field • 1-2 years of relevant experience in operational/project finance role • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI a plus) • Experience working in various General Ledger and/or PSA applications (NetSuite and Certinia a plus) • Ability to organize and present data in a meaningful way • Proven ability to handle & meet deadlines and juggle competing obligations
