📋 Description

• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical sites, and site staff • Conduct targeted conversations with investigators and site staff about operational challenges, including patient recruitment and retention • Discuss clinical and scientific topics with investigators to ensure study endpoint quality, protocol understanding, study feasibility, and enrollment and retention of appropriate participants • Convey KOL and site staff feedback and insights to internal and external teams • Support and guide project teams with site identification and selection based on site capabilities and anticipated protocol challenges • Support business development activities through engagement with existing and prospective clients • Provide scientific and operational input on proposals in development • Attend and present at bid defense meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree required • Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical research in academia, Pharma, Biotech, or CRO • Background in operational aspects of clinical research • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the assigned therapeutic area/indication • Demonstrated experience working directly with clinical sites and investigators • Strong background and experience in oncology studies • Excellent networking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with physicians and all levels of internal and external management • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated with proactive issue monitoring and management, including risk assessment and contingency planning • Combination of critical thinking, operational expertise, and efficiency
