⢠Administer WWF's Panda Ambassador Program, including recruitment, candidate vetting, onboarding, and project advising ⢠Develop and implement recruitment strategies targeting high-engagement candidates ⢠Coordinate and develop Ambassador resources such as toolkits, project templates, and educational materials using Airtable and Canva ⢠Lead monthly Panda Ambassador calls and foster engagement in the online community platform ⢠Ensure Ambassador activities align with broader campaign narratives ⢠Research and recommend advocacy best practices, emergent technologies, tools, and tactics ⢠Support planning and execution of Activism & Outreach events, including annual Lobby Day, expert panels, and mobilizations ⢠Manage the annual Youth Conservation Leadership Award application, review process, and awardee engagements ⢠Coordinate and implement WWF's activism social media strategy, including content creation, post scheduling, and collaboration on the @WWF_Act Instagram account ⢠Track and report engagement metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve program effectiveness ⢠Perform other duties as needed
⢠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field ⢠Minimum 4 years of relevant experience ⢠Demonstrated experience in online advocacy or activism ⢠Proficiency in Canva and Airtable ⢠Proficiency in social media content creation, including Instagram and X/Twitter ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel ⢠Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts for general audiences ⢠Excellent proactive communication and timely responsiveness ⢠Ability to foster collaboration across departments ⢠Ability to prioritize and produce high-quality work under time constraints and consistently meet deadlines ⢠Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team ⢠Commitment to building and strengthening a culture of inclusion within and across teams ⢠Legally authorized to work in the U.S. ⢠Must complete employment eligibility verification upon hire
