• Manage and assign incoming real estate leads in a timely, organized, and strategic manner • Coordinate relocation inquiries and referrals across internal and external networks • Track lead activity, follow-up status, and conversion outcomes using specialized platforms • Serve as the point of contact between referring parties and the receiving agent or team • Maintain accurate records of lead assignments, referrals, and outcomes • Monitor lead pipelines and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks • Communicate professionally and promptly with agents, coordinators, and partners • Support reporting and performance tracking related to lead generation and conversion
• Prior experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager, preferably with a large brokerage or real estate company (experience with an individual agent or very small team may not be sufficient) • Hands-on experience managing real estate leads in at least one of the following platforms: eRelocation by ASK AnywheRE or Leads Engine by Realogy Broker Center by Cartus Global Referral Network by Sotheby\u2019s International Realty CIH Network by Compass Real Estate • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment • Background working at a recognized large brokerage — ideally Sotheby\u2019s International Realty or Compass Real Estate, though equivalent experience at another established real estate firm will be considered • Familiarity with real estate referral and relocation workflows • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of leads without sacrificing quality or responsiveness • Comfortable working across digital tools and platforms in a fast-paced environment
