📋 Description

• Help client plan participants with enrollment process and updates to health care and/or pension plans • Provide customer service in a work from home environment • Quickly build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner • Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws • Translate health and welfare and pension terms into simple explanations for customers • Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree required • Experience working in a customer service-related field • Excellent ability to communicate effectively using the English language in a customer service setting • Ability to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/resolution using analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience using Microsoft Office • Ability to type 30 words a minute • Experience working in a call center environment • Working knowledge of health and welfare and/or defined benefit pension plans is a plus • Associate or Bachelor’s degree nice to have. • Ability to read, write and speak Spanish is also a plus.
