📋 Description

• Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds • Digital wound documentation • Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives • Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment • Ensuring prescription handling and supply management • Managing and expanding the existing client base • Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or qualified nursing professional • Experience in wound care advantageous but not required • Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs • Reliable and responsible working style • Valid driver's license (Class B)
