📋 Description

• Own multiple full-cycle searches across engineering and non-engineering teams from intake to accepted offer • Run role kickoffs with hiring managers to define outcomes, competencies, and interview loops • Write tailored job profiles and adverts with the People team • Pre-screen candidates and present recommended shortlists • Coordinate interviews and run debriefs using blind scorecards in Ashby • Keep candidates updated, with no candidate waiting more than 3 days for a response • Manage offers and close candidates honestly without pressure • Source passive candidates through sourcing, open-source projects, communities, meetups, and conferences • Headhunt directly for senior and hard-to-fill roles • Maintain warm pipelines for recurring roles • Advise hiring managers on market realities and candidate expectations • Report clear hiring metrics and progress to leadership • Escalate blockers with proposed solutions • Build a talent community around WunderGraph through events, content, community-led hiring, and creative campaigns • Improve interview loops, tasks, and scorecards, including for technical roles • Document recruitment workflows • Maintain hiring compliance across countries, and support contracts, background checks, and documentation with the People team • Maintain useful hiring data and Ashby setup for workforce planning

🎯 Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience for both technical and non-technical roles, from brief to accepted offer • Strong sourcing skills, including finding and engaging passive candidates • Ability to communicate a company's story honestly and specifically without hard selling • Ability to manage several different searches simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Based in Europe or the UK • Ability to regularly overlap with US hours; for CET or EEST, some later evenings are required • Bonus: experience building or redesigning technical hiring processes • Bonus: experience building a talent community or running creative employer marketing that led to hires • Bonus: experience hiring in or for stakeholders in the US market • Bonus: experience handling hiring compliance, contracts, or background checks across more than one European country • Full right to work in country of residence without visa sponsorship
