📋 Description
• Conducts regular on-site wound visits • Maintains close contact with customers (home care services, care facilities) • Regularly discusses current wound status with the treating physicians • Works closely with the internal office for prescription management • Builds networks with other professional groups to ensure holistic wound care
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d) • Experience in managing chronic wounds is desirable • Customer- and patient-oriented mindset • Commercial/business acumen • Flexibility • Ability to work independently and reliably • Driver's license (Class B)
