• Conduct regular on-site wound rounds (wound visits) • Provide guidance, assess wound progression, and ensure supply of necessary materials • Maintain contact with clients (outpatient nursing services, care facilities) • Discuss wound status with treating physicians • Work closely with the internal office for prescription management • Build networks with other professional groups to ensure holistic wound care
• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d) • Experience in managing chronic wounds desirable • Customer- and patient-oriented mindset and actions • Commercial/entrepreneurial understanding • Flexibility • Self-responsibility and reliability • Valid Class B driving license
