📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation systems, and data use within the Education sector • Serve as custodian of the Child Results Area for Education • Support the design and functioning of digital education quality systems, including the Measuring Education Quality Achieved platform • Strengthen evidence generation, data quality, portfolio tracking, annual reporting, and learning for decision-making • Produce analytical outputs identifying trends, data quality issues, implementation gaps, and actionable insights • Support development, implementation, and review of global education indicators, tools, and reporting processes • Ensure education data is complete, accurate, timely, and aligned with organisational standards • Serve as focal point with external partners on M&E tools and systems such as Tangerine • Oversee operation, capacity building, and day-to-day functioning of the MEQA platform • Develop digital observation tools and Power BI dashboards for MEQA and future digital M&E solutions • Partner with Digital Solutions to integrate AI tools where appropriate and feasible • Provide technical user support; contribute to system improvements, troubleshooting, documentation, and user guidance • Strengthen evidence building and use with M&E, Education, and other colleagues • Generate and synthesize evidence for learning, performance review, and program improvement • Document lessons learned, best practices, and outcome monitoring • Lead Education annual reports, case studies, and knowledge products • Lead periodic reviews of indicator trends, data completeness, data quality, and dashboard insights • Facilitate the M&E Education community of practice • Develop learning tools with the Knowledge Management and Capabilities Advisor • Build staff capacity on quality assurance, M&E systems, data interpretation, and dashboard use • Provide coaching and technical support to teams • Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, summary products, analysis briefs, trend reviews, dashboard summaries, and data quality reports • Conduct routine education data analysis and translate findings into recommendations • Promote data-driven decision-making at project, national, and regional levels • Strengthen communication of findings for technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Please submit your CV in English • Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Digital Monitoring Systems or other relevant discipline • At least five (5) years of experience working in education Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), quality assurance, or data systems • Strong background developing and managing backend digital data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools in Power BI, Excel, KOBO or similar analytics tools • Demonstrated experience producing analysis briefs, dashboard narratives, data quality reviews, and decision-support products for technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills • Ability to learn new digital platforms quickly • Demonstrated MEAL experience • Education sector experience is preferred but not mandatory if strong MEAL expertise exists • Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams • Experience translating data into practical program improvement actions • Experienced facilitator and strong knowledge of adult Learning methodologies • Knowledge of the global education landscape, trends and emerging issues • Comfort using technology to drive program quality • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Fluency/high level of professional and technical spoken and written English • Fluency in another language (French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese) is an added advantage • Ability and willingness to travel nationally and/or internationally up to 30% of the time • Local Applicants Only • Successful applicant must affirm World Vision’s core documents and observe conduct compatible with Christian principles, where legally permissible
