📋 Description
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to organizing team members • Evaluate and hire Community Organizer applicants • Manage and lead a team of RODs and COs • Ensure timely data entry meeting campaign standards • Direct organizing staff during large-scale trainings • Maintain a regular 1:1 meeting schedule with direct reports • Plan and lead weekly organizing team meetings • Communicate all program requirements • Monitor results and share best practices • Collect feedback on training materials and improve support materials
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum experience in management • Existing relationships in key states considered • Fluency in a second language (Spanish) is a plus
