• Recruit and screen Community Organizers • Manage a team of up to 10 Organizers • Direct organizing staff during trainings • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports • Monitor results and share best practices

• Experience managing and leading a team • Recruitment and screening skills • Ability to manage large-scale trainings • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with data management
