📋 Description

• Design and ship consumer products across X and Grok, including social platforms, AI-powered interfaces, and new interaction paradigms • Work closely with engineering, research, and product to turn complex systems into simple, elegant experiences • Design end-to-end product experiences across social and AI-driven products • Understand user needs, behaviors, and emerging use cases • Explore, prototype, and iterate rapidly using traditional and AI-assisted design tools • Partner with engineering to ship high-quality, polished experiences • Use qualitative research, product data, and intuition to guide decisions • Contribute to shared design systems and product standards

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped meaningful consumer product features on web and/or mobile • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Embraces new design and engineering workflows, including AI-assisted tooling • Strong care for craft, clarity, and user experience • Clear communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration • Interest in language models, social systems, or both • Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and execution (preferred) • Experience designing consumer-facing products at scale (preferred) • Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools (preferred) • Experience working closely with engineers and product partners (preferred)
