📋 Description

• Prepare and manage UK regulatory applications and ensure robust submissions. • Act as a legal adviser on compliance of new product rollouts in collaboration with other functions. • Monitor and advise on the UK legal landscape in Banking Fintech and Blockchain sectors. • Implement and maintain standards relating to key UK regulations. • Review and analyse complex legal information and provide recommendations to stakeholders. • Provide legal advice on various commercial and regulatory matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PQE, ideally gained from a combination of private practice and in-house roles. • UK qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with significant practice in the UK legal environment. • Hands-on experience with regulatory applications for fintechs in banking or cryptoassets. • Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide clear, pragmatic advice. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Familiarity with technologies and ability to interact digitally with a global team. • Ability to lead a project and have some business development skills.
