• Own end-to-end execution for a portfolio of key clients (newsletter builds, content coordination, social amplification, offline branding requests, paid coordination with Growth) • Translate client objectives into structured marketing plans aligned with GMV and growth goals • Run weekly execution check-ins and manage delivery timelines across stakeholders • Coordinate briefs, deadlines, and approvals across Social, Content, Growth, and any external creatives • Maintain campaign hygiene: segmentation requests, documentation, and launch checklists • Support on-boarding and strategic client calls when needed, and manage day-to-day comms for selected clients when no AM is assigned • Contribute to a centralized marketing calendar by providing reliable inputs, timelines, and capacity constraints • Participate in client performance reporting preparation with Growth, focusing on insights and next actions
• You're passionate and knowledgeable of the industry we operate. • Strong project management and prioritization in fast-paced marketing environments • Client-facing communication that is clear, calm, and structured • Hands-on campaign execution literacy (newsletter tooling, content workflows, basic analytics) • Tracking discipline (UTMs, documentation, segmentation coordination) • Comfort operating across multiple markets and stakeholder groups • Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus
