📋 Description

• Leading and mentoring a team of Guidewire developers working on PolicyCenter (PC) and BillingCenter (BC). • Collaborating closely with stakeholders and clients to define solution architecture and technical direction. • Hands-on with Guidewire development, configuration, integration, and customization. • Responsible for overseeing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and deployment strategies for Guidewire applications. • Driving architectural decisions, balancing configuration vs customization trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. • Deep knowledge of Guidewire Integration Framework (GOSU, Web Services, Messaging). • 3+ years working in GOSU. • Proven track record leading Guidewire implementations or upgrades. • Strong expertise in ACE (Advanced Configuration Engineering). • Practical understanding of configuration vs customization trade-offs. • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools tailored for Guidewire. • Demonstrated leadership in agile delivery teams. • English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
