📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Translate business needs into high-level and technical User Stories • Support backlog management, refinement, and prioritization with Product Owners and development teams • Work with multiple teams, minimum two, to ensure alignment and consistency • Participate in system migrations and platform transformations • Analyze and support data models and relational database structures • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions • Support requirements validation and UAT activities • Maintain high-quality documentation in Jira and Confluence • Contribute to solution design for web-based and distributed systems • Collaborate in distributed, multi-system environments using fixed-price and Scrum-based Agile delivery models

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Senior Business Analyst • Strong analytical skills and technical understanding of data structures • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Understanding of data modeling concepts • Experience with distributed systems / platform-based architectures • Experience in web-based systems development projects • Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools • Proven experience in migration projects and complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams • Experience working in fixed-price project environments • Ability to work across complex system landscapes and integrations • Strong experience writing high-level business stories and detailed technical stories with acceptance criteria • Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation • Understanding of Agile methodologies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • High level of independence and ownership • Strong teamwork mindset • Risk management ability and awareness • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor • Must work from the European Union region and have a work permit • Nice to have: structured GenAI application within the SDLC, familiarity with AI-driven practices, leasing or railway domain knowledge, and SAP experience
