📋 Description

• You will take responsibility for building an automated, future-oriented finance function in close collaboration with our team • You will independently process all transactions in financial accounting (invoice verification, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger, and bank accounting), implement new requirements and thereby ensure accurate cost and performance accounting at all times • You will participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as external audits • You will analyze and optimize existing finance processes to achieve efficiency gains • You will support intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing, as well as the monthly consolidation of all entities • You will represent the finance team to external partners (e.g., suppliers and advisors) and work closely with internal departments

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting (e.g., certified balance sheet accountant/Bilanzbuchhalter, tax clerk/Steuerfachangestellte, or tax specialist/Steuerfachwirt), ideally in a SaaS environment • You have solid knowledge of financial accounting under German GAAP (HGB); IFRS experience is a plus • You have very good DATEV and Excel skills, as well as experience with spend-management systems • You have strong analytical thinking, a quick grasp, and a hands-on mentality • You work independently and in a structured manner • You are fluent in German and English
