• You will work closely with Product Managers to optimize workflows in the fulfillment area (e.g., warehouse processes, pick & pack, returns) • You will support the development of new features for Xentral modules with direct relevance to supply chain and logistics • You will consolidate feedback from various teams to improve processes and actively assist in documenting module functionality and its usage • You will support testing of new features to ensure their practical viability within the context of fulfillment requirements • You will maintain close contact with relevant stakeholders to effectively gather and document important information
• You are enrolled in a technical, natural sciences, or business-related degree program (e.g., Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain) • You have strong analytical thinking skills, work in an organized and structured manner, and can quickly understand complex relationships • You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets • You have initial practical experience in fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, or logistics • You are curious, motivated, and eager to learn, interested in product development, and speak and write fluent German and English
