📋 Description

• Contacting managing directors and decision-makers by phone in the B2B sector • Following up with companies that have already received an introductory letter • Actively acquiring new customers by phone • Conducting needs analyses and consultation calls • Presenting services in video meetings • Preparing and following up on proposals • Closing B2B contracts • Maintaining and documenting records in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Required: At least 2 years of sales experience • Experience in telephone-based customer acquisition • Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with managing directors and decision-makers • High self-motivation and strong closing skills • Independent and structured approach to work • Very good command of German, both written and spoken • Fully equipped home office with a Microsoft device • Personal laptop or PC running Windows • Stable internet connection • Professional headset • Quiet workspace • Confident using email, CRM, and communication tools • Preferred: Experience in B2B sales • Preferred: Experience in SaaS, services, insurance, telecommunications, or agency sales • Preferred: Experience with CRM systems • Preferred: Experience dealing with managing directors and business owners
