• Receber e analisar briefing da vaga previamente alinhado pela responsável do setor; • Estruturar a divulgação da vaga conforme direcionamento recebido; • Realizar triagem técnica de currículos; • Conduzir entrevistas com foco técnico e aderência ao perfil solicitado; • Avaliar competências técnicas e experiências práticas do candidato; • Elaborar relatórios técnicos detalhados com parecer conclusivo; • Encaminhar candidatos avaliados com análise estruturada; • Manter organização e controle das etapas do processo seletivo; • Cumprir prazos estabelecidos para entrega dos processos; • Garantir postura ética e confidencialidade das informações.
• Formação: Superior completo ou cursando em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas. • Experiência prévia com recrutamento e seleção; • Vivência em triagem de currículos e condução de entrevistas online; • Experiência na elaboração de relatórios de entrevista e parecer técnico; • Experiência com vagas operacionais, administrativas e estratégicas será diferencial.
