• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles • Coordinate the interview process, scheduling, and feedback collection • Support onboarding activities for new hires. • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage candidates. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand. • Track key recruitment metrics for effectiveness. • Suggest process improvements.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable. • Familiarity with ATS and other sourcing tools • Experience in social media recruiting is a plus. • Fluency in English required, (Russian as a plus)
