⢠Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to achieve team-specific sales targets and overall objectives. ⢠Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to align team strategies with broader regional goals. ⢠Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team sales goals. ⢠Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance. ⢠Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans for team members. ⢠Monitor and analyse sales metrics, ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets. ⢠Provide detailed performance reports to the Regional Sales Director, adjusting strategies as necessary based on data insights. ⢠Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. ⢠Address customer concerns promptly and work with the team to ensure a high standard of customer service. ⢠Conduct research to identify emerging market trends and potential growth opportunities. ⢠Develop actionable insights and strategies to enhance market presence within the team's territory. ⢠Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives. ⢠Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales processes and outcomes. ⢠Achieve and maintain a minimum of 6% month-over-month sales growth within the team. ⢠Create and maintain a positive working culture, which could be measured by way of ENPS or other means. ⢠Ensure a minimum of 90% of the sales team meets or exceeds individual sales targets.
⢠Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies. ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. ⢠Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools. ⢠Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. ⢠Enjoy sales activities and supporting people. ⢠Strong people management experience. ⢠Successful sales track record in such industries as Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, 3D printing etc. ⢠IT and digitalisation enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software. ⢠Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection moulding is a major advantage. ⢠English Native speaker. ⢠Readiness and willingness to work in dynamic startup environment. ⢠Empathetic person who can build lasting business relationships and works pro-actively in a team. ⢠Excellent problem solving skills and determination to achieve goals.
