📋 Description

• Nurturing and expanding a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertiser accounts. • Retain a large book of business by successfully renewing expiring contracts. • Analyze client performance data to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement. • Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategic plans to educate and recommend improved solutions to customers. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication. • Identify and pitch upsell opportunities to existing clients. • Collaborate with teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Advanced English level. • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management; sales experience a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
