📋 Description

• Write marketing and lifecycle emails, including welcome series, nurture/engagement workflows, and promotional campaigns, for the Xometry and Thomas brands • Write video scripts for YouTube, paid social, and product explainer videos • Write landing page copy from hero messaging and value propositions through calls to action • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to plan and sequence email journeys • Collaborate with designers and video producers to align copy with visuals and pacing • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, and Growth Marketing • Use performance data and testing insights to refine copy for higher engagement and conversion • Contribute to campaign brainstorms and messaging strategy • Maintain and evolve messaging frameworks, email templates, and reusable landing page copy blocks • Build and use Claude Skills to accelerate copy production, quality assurance, and A/B test variant generation • Maintain a deep understanding of target audiences across Xometry and Thomas • Own copy execution for assigned email flows, video scripts, and landing pages • Make day-to-day copy and messaging decisions within brand guidelines • Escalate risks related to brand voice, compliance, or performance • Report to the Content Director and work with Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, designers, and video producers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience writing for performance marketing, lifecycle/email marketing, or growth-focused content roles • Proven track record of writing high-converting email, video script, and/or landing page copy • Strong understanding of email marketing mechanics, including segmentation, sequencing, and deliverability basics • Understanding of landing page structure and conversion principles • Familiarity with performance KPIs, including open rate, CTR, CVR, and ROAS • Comfort and proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM/ESP platform, A/B testing, and AI tools • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns and drafts simultaneously • Excellent English grammar, editing, and messaging skills in a B2B context • Adept at building Claude Skills or comparable custom AI workflows/agents • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred • Familiarity with Xometry's buyer personas or similar ICP-driven marketing preferred • Experience briefing or storyboarding video scripts alongside a production or design team preferred • Track record shipping multiple Claude Skills or AI workflows into an active production/creative pipeline preferred
