📋 Description

• Assist with product or application related inquiries • Helping to identify and initiate corrective action by determining the most cost-effective solution • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency • Liase with other departments to escalate and resolve all client's issues in a timely manner • Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support operations and program objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role • Previous experience in FX business is a PLUS • Proficient Microsoft Excel user • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills • Eagerness for continuous professional development • High level of autonomy and trust, support of ideas and opportunity to influence directly company results • Good numerical skills • Attention to detail
