📋 Description

• Analysis of client requirements and requirements management • Consulting on digitization projects involving information technologies such as CRM, CMS, PIM, MAM, publishing, and e-commerce, and related systems and processes • Advising on process optimization and change management — both within individual projects and across projects • Developing holistic, customer-specific solutions and concepts for the implementation of systems and processes • Project management in national and international client environments using internal project management standards and tools • Further development of existing client relationships and generation of follow-up projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a technical field or business administration, or equivalent practical experience • Expert knowledge in one or more of our core areas — CRM, CMS, PIM, MAM, publishing, e-commerce — or other information technologies is desirable • Basic understanding of developing integrated solutions is an advantage • Extensive experience in professional project governance, especially in rollouts involving multiple system and process environments and leading simultaneously operating interdisciplinary teams • Proficient written and spoken English
