📋 Description

• Execute the full sales cycle within the Banking & Financial Services vertical in LATAM, from prospecting and qualification to structuring, contract signature and client onboarding • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value target banks, acquirers, PSPs, and wallets driving each through a disciplined pipeline to close • Build and nurture relationships with VP and C-suite decision makers at financial institutions, establishing Yuno as a trusted payments infrastructure partner • Lead complex commercial proposals and negotiations, structuring deals that balance aggressive growth targets with long-term partnership economics • Develop account-specific engagement strategies, including tailored pitch decks, ROI models, and competitive positioning analyses • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Operations to ensure seamless deal execution and client transition • Gather, synthesize, and channel client and market feedback to inform Yuno's product roadmap for financial industry use cases • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in CRM (Salesforce), delivering accurate forecasts and ongoing progress reports to the VP and senior leadership • Represent Yuno at industry events and client meetings as a credible voice in payments and financial infrastructure • Support the VP in shaping the vertical's GTM strategy by surfacing market signals, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities in real time

🎯 Requirements

• Native Spanish and advanced English required • +7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles within B2B payments, banking, fintech, or a related industry • Demonstrable track record of closing enterprise deals, particularly with banks, acquirers, or large financial institutions • Strong knowledge of the Latin American banking and acquiring payment ecosystems, including regulatory dynamics, clearing infrastructure, and key market participants • Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and working knowledge of Agents • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Workspace suite • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to build financial models and business cases independently • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field • Experience selling payments technology, acquiring, or issuing solutions to financial institutions • Existing network of contacts within LATAM financial institutions • Brazilian Portuguese • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
