📋 Description

• Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch optimization • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs • Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritized backlog • Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Data teams to deliver at pace without quality loss • Perform market and competitor analysis to inform feature prioritization • Define and track KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, to measure product success • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders • Mentor junior POs and contribute to the product chapter’s knowledge sharing culture

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English • +2 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) • Ability to write clear user stories, specs, and technical documentation • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • High ownership and execution mindset • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services (preferred) • Experience working with APIs, payment orchestration, or PSPs (preferred) • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns (preferred) • Background in top-tier consulting or fast-scaling tech companies (preferred) • Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset (preferred)
