• Lead payroll operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legal and contractual requirements • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery • Manage client requests, define action plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues and inquiries • Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with established processes • Monitor payroll KPIs and operational metrics, provide insights, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Solid experience in payroll operations and Brazilian labor legislation • Previous experience leading teams and/or managing payroll operations • Experience in client relationship management and handling multiple simultaneous demands • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping, benefits, and payroll closing activities • Experience with process improvement initiatives and operational KPIs • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Advanced English proficiency
