⢠Develop and execute prospecting strategies for new clients across multiple channels ⢠Identify and qualify potential clients using the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) ⢠Ensure execution of the named account prospecting plan ⢠Conduct on-site visits and presentations for potential clients ⢠Deliver online presentations about the company and its three business pillars ⢠Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate through to closing ⢠Act consultatively in competitive processes such as RFPs and similar ⢠Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and ensuring the closing of new business ⢠Monitor new clients' needs closely and ensure their satisfaction with the company's services ⢠Collaborate with pre-sales and relationship teams (CS/farmer) to ensure excellence in delivery ⢠Achieve sales targets (Resale, Projects and Recurring)
⢠Bachelor's degree ⢠Previous experience as an Account Manager/Hunter or in consultative sales within the Technology sector ⢠Hunter profile, results-oriented with strong negotiation skills ⢠Knowledge of the managed services market and cybersecurity solutions ⢠Familiarity with the MSP (Managed Service Provider) and MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) models and the benefits they provide to clients ⢠Strong social selling skills, content generation ability and experience building digital relationships ⢠Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools, prospecting platforms, Sales Navigator and similar ⢠Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales and BANT ⢠Availability for on-site visits and travel when required ⢠Preferred: Experience selling IT solutions to large enterprise clients ⢠Knowledge of Strati's services and technologies (Digital Work, On The Cloud, Guardian) ⢠Familiarity with international IT and cybersecurity management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework) ⢠Sales or IT-related certifications ⢠Network of contacts in the IT market (an active client portfolio is a major advantage)
