📋 Description

• Support recruitment and selection processes from screening through to closing; • Contribute to internal HR consulting activities;

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides); • Strong writing skills for preparing reports and internal/external communications; • Comfortable using digital tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar); • Basic understanding of Recruitment and Selection (screening, interviews, assessments); • Genuine interest in working with Recruitment & Selection and learning about HR consulting;
