📋 Description

• Enter and record data; prepare proposals, spreadsheets, forms, and operate internal or external systems and portals. • Respond to and contact customers via email, phone calls, and messaging apps, handling interactions and managing information to close sales. • Prepare information for reports, forms, spreadsheets, and other documents for recording and verification of data. • Monitor the sales cycle. • Update the CRM, verifying billing and closing information. • Participate in meetings via videoconference. • Take part in administrative routines related to the department. • Receive and develop leads. • Manage a portfolio of clients.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (completed). • Knowledge of commercial/sales routines. • Experience in B2C sales. • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. • Experience and knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer service. • Comfortable with technology. • Strong writing skills and excellent verbal communication. • Bachelor’s degree — completed or in progress. • Intermediate English. • Experience working remotely.
