• Make calls to existing registered customers, maintaining an active relationship and identifying opportunities to advance them through the customer journey. • Send WhatsApp messages for engagement, support, and guidance on next steps. • Conduct client trainings, ensuring they understand and use the platform effectively. • Analyze and monitor CRM metrics, identifying areas of attention and opportunities for improvement. • Monitor tenant lead generation for clients, providing support whenever necessary. • Oversee the tenant screening/analysis process, ensuring efficiency and resolution of any questions. • Track contract generation, ensuring all steps are completed correctly and within deadlines. • Actively participate in regular team meetings, contributing insights and operational updates. • Report bugs and instabilities encountered in customers' workflows, collaborating with the product team to achieve quick resolutions. • Provide direct support for contract conversions with a focus on customer success.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields. • Experience in customer service, account management, or support, especially at digital companies, fintechs, proptechs, or startups. • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). • Experience in onboarding, training, or managing the customer journey is a plus. • Digital maturity and the ability to navigate various tools and internal systems with ease. • Familiarity with CRM practices for monitoring sales/engagement funnels and customer statuses. • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and other common collaboration tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially via WhatsApp and phone calls). • Organized approach for handling multiple interactions in a structured manner. • Ability to drive the pace of the customer journey, encouraging progress through workflow stages. • Consultative mindset, with the ability to identify engagement and conversion opportunities.
