📋 Description

• Create, update and ensure the accuracy and standardization of YBBS performance indicators (financial, operational and quality) and their technical datasheets; • Design and maintain dashboards and management reports that consolidate data from the center's value chains (ServiceNow); • Perform comparative analyses between forecast, budget and actuals, identifying variances, root causes and improvement opportunities; • Support the development and updating of Business Plans (BPs), consolidating financial information, demand projections and headcount; • Prepare quarterly forecast reports, reviewing expenditure projections and ensuring alignment with the annual plan (BP); • Support and prepare materials for governance forums; • Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives, focusing on process optimization and improving strategic performance indicators for YBBS; • Serve as the technical and methodological focal point for YBBS teams regarding best practices in BI development and maintenance; • Manage the publication of BIs related to operations of the YBBS Value Chains; • Conduct NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys, consolidating results and analyses for management and supporting required action plans; • Define and monitor performance measurement drivers, supporting decision-making and continuous process improvement; • Consolidate and report periodically the status of the area’s automations to Internal Controls, ensuring transparency and compliance; • Support reporting of surveys from partner institutions of Yara Brazil.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems or related fields; • Professional experience with Power BI or other BI tools; • Professional experience building and maintaining dashboards; • Professional experience developing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs); • Professional experience in data analysis and management reporting; • Knowledge of financial planning (Forecast, Budget and Business Plan); • Intermediate/Advanced Excel; • Postgraduate degree, MBA and/or advanced English will be considered a plus.
