📋 Description

• Configure SAP HCM, particularly Payroll • Perform hands-on technical consulting and analysis at L3/L4 level • Work with PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) • Remediate HR/payroll-related configurations • Implement changes to HR attributes/configurations • Remediate downstream configurations • Work India evening shifts and US overlap as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience; L3/L4 level • Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, particularly Payroll • Hands-on experience with PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) • Experience in HR/payroll-related configuration remediation • Ability to work on changes to HR attributes/configurations and remediate downstream configurations • Primarily hands-on keyboard/configuration work, not just functional/project management • Comfortable with India evening shifts / US overlap, approximately 2 PM–11 PM IST • Shift/weekend flexibility may be required depending on workload • Ability to start quickly, preferably 1 October / next week, subject to availability and onboarding
