📋 Description

• Represent YD Talent Solutions in local markets as a Strategic Growth Partner • Build and convert long-standing relationships into revenue-generating client engagements • Drive value, growth, and revenue for YDTS services (Permanent Search, Executive Search, Offshore teams, TaaS) • Onboard and develop a curated network of professionals to represent services locally • Act as an independent partner owning relationships, results, and client outcomes • Collaborate with the global YDTS organization and leverage company services and support

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in staffing, consulting, recruitment, or business development • Deep network in technology, startups, HR, or enterprise verticals • Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills • Experience with permanent, executive, or contract hiring is a plus • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and performance-driven • Former agency leader, staffing consultant, or enterprise client partner preferred • Work experience indicated as 10-15 years
