📋 Description

• Translate business challenges into analytical questions, hypotheses and metrics; • Conduct diagnostic analyses to identify root causes, risks and opportunities; • Define, validate and evolve KPIs and business rules; • Build analytical datasets and solution prototypes using SQL and visualization tools; • Turn analyses into clear, actionable recommendations to support decision-making; • Use artificial intelligence to increase productivity and improve solution quality, evaluating results responsibly and critically; • Partner with data engineering and other areas to build and evolve analytical solutions; • Share knowledge and contribute to the team’s development.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis and close collaboration with business teams; • Advanced proficiency in SQL for modeling, transformation and constructing analytical datasets, considering granularity, data quality and consistency; • Experience with Python and knowledge of applied statistics for conducting analyses and identifying patterns; • Experience building dashboards and visualizations with Power BI, Looker, Databricks Dashboards or similar tools; • Ability to structure complex problems, define metrics and propose business recommendations; • Practical experience with artificial intelligence tools, copilots or development assistants; • Experience with tagging, measurement and analysis of user behavior in digital products, including defining events, parameters, journeys and validation criteria; • Autonomy, critical thinking, sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in dynamic and loosely structured environments; • Clear communication and ability to present analyses and influence decisions with technical audiences, business areas and leadership. • **Preferred qualifications** • Experience with Databricks or Lakehouse environments; • Experience creating AI agents or assistants; • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing or advanced statistical methods; • Knowledge of the education sector.
