• Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CTO. • Serve as an extension of the CTO, making strategic decisions. • Create and implement processes for efficiency. • Manage communication and coordination among senior leaders. • Provide strategic insights based on data analysis. • Oversee delivery of key initiatives. • Conduct organizational planning including resource planning and hiring. • Support leadership development strategies and internal engagements. • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for meetings.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, technical product management, technical program management, or as a (technical) Chief of Staff. • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, and complexities in delivering solutions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders. • Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in handling large-scale platforms. • Strategic thinking and tackling open-ended problems. • Confidence in managing change and anticipating issues. • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical acumen. • Ability to digest complex data, present findings clearly, and influence decisions. • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
