📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the South East Asian Countries market • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and focused on achieving sales targets • Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and nurturing key accounts • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt the sales strategy • Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting and pipeline management • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners • Define and track key performance metrics to assess and improve sales team performance • Develop and manage the sales budget ensuring cost-effectiveness • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the executive team • Implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of the sales team • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred • 12-15 years of experience in sales in SEA regions • Experience in managing and scaling sales teams (minimum of 5 members) • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets • Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS industry • Strong understanding of the market dynamics, customer behaviour, and business culture • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions • Ability to travel as required 25%-50%
