• Own how we generate and convert B2B demand • Plan, run, and optimize paid channels • Execute our ABM program against named target accounts • Design and run outbound demand generation in partnership with sales • Own and grow supporting demand channels • Own the funnel metrics end to end • Report clearly on what is working and what is not
• Around 4 to 6 years in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing • Direct hands-on ownership of paid channels • Track record of generating qualified pipeline through paid and owned channels • Practical experience running or building an ABM program against named accounts • Comfort with outbound marketing and sequence messaging • Strong analytical instincts • Comfortable in a CRM (Salesforce a plus) and reporting tools • Self-directed operator with minimal oversight required
