📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and other teams • Track launch performance, customer engagement, and internal enablement metrics • Create scalable playbooks and documentation for lifecycle product marketing • Develop high-impact sales enablement materials • Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all marketing materials • Run regular enablement sessions with sales and revenue teams • Conduct customer interviews and win/loss analyses • Stay up to date on competitor activity, industry shifts, and emerging trends across fintech, payments, and stablecoins • Build and maintain competitive intelligence frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 8+ years in product marketing • Exposure to crypto, stablecoin, digital assets, or payment infrastructure • Marketing to institutional, enterprise, or financial services buyers • Developing and executing GTM strategies for financial infrastructure products • Understanding of the fintech and crypto competitive landscape. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Deep fluency in the B2B sales cycle • Experience with competitive intelligence frameworks • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail • Familiarity with CRM/sales enablement tools, marketing analytics dashboards, and design collaboration tools • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage, but not required.
