📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams • Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms • Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues • Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English communication—both spoken and written—with a professional, confident tone • Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or support experience (remote work preferred) • Strong background in the construction, home services, or skilled trades industries is required • Comfortable working with tech tools (CRMs, VoIP, scheduling systems) • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and excellent time management • Reliable internet and a quiet home office setup • Self-starter mindset with a focus on solutions and customer experience
