📋 Description

• Complete daily invoicing and Xero exporting • Email daily order confirmations to clients • Import orders from EDI sites • Enter orders from customer drawings • Manually enter orders from customer emails • Respond to customer enquiries received through the shared sales inbox • Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines • Provide customer service and order-entry support for a wholesale glass distribution and processing company serving industries throughout New Zealand

🎯 Requirements

• Good English communication skills • Relevant experience in customer service and order entry • Experience with Xero and/or EDI is preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage customer enquiries and order requests via email
