📋 Description

• Implement connectors to fetch and store ERP data • Ensure ERP data availability, efficient and secure storage, and continuous improvements • Own the reliability and scalability of large-scale email processing systems • Maintain tens of millions of email accounts and ensure delivery of hundreds of millions of emails to downstream systems daily • Ensure email notifications are sent in a timely manner • Design email processing systems around IMAP and SMTP protocols, rate limits, proxy strategies, and provider-specific constraints • Understand business requirements and design technical solutions with cross-functional teams • Implement and upgrade backend APIs to meet evolving customer requirements • Maintain existing services, perform iterative upgrades, deploy improvements, and manage service governance • Build foundational components that provide reliable core support • Collaborate with teams in the US, Singapore, India, and China • Work flexible hours as needed for global operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related majors • 12+ years overall experience • Solid computer foundation and programming skills • Familiarity with common data structures and algorithms • Excellent proficiency in Python, Golang, or Java; Python is most preferred • Proficiency with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RMQ, and SQS • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL datastores such as MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, HBase, Redis, and Aerospike • Experience architecting and developing large-scale distributed systems • Familiarity with microservice architecture, API gateway patterns, and service observability, including logging, tracing, and metrics • Experience building and operating systems with strict latency and reliability requirements in 24/7 environments • Experience with high-performance, high-uptime systems of 99.99% or higher • Experience with self-recoverable architectures • Experience with container/VM orchestration platforms • Strong architectural expertise with modern backend stacks including Go, Python, Java, and Node.js • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker • Excellent logic analysis capabilities and ability to abstract and split business logic reasonably • Strong ownership and self-motivation; ability to deliver independently and collaborate effectively • Experience leading small engineering initiatives or mentoring junior developers • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and organization-wide strategies to engineers, cross-functional partners, and executives
